The company was founded by Mr Nhlakanipho Mathe, an executive director of the company who is a qualified Chartered Accountant of South Africa, CA(SA). Mr Mathe brags a total experience of more than 10 years in the private and public sector environment having served as consultant specializing in Accounting and Finance, Taxation, Audit Support, and Advisory services.

Mr Mathe also worked at Ernst and Young where he completed his articles in the External Auditing space. Amongst other clients, Mr Mathe was part of the following Audits as a supervisor in FMCG.
